Chef and owner Scott Conant's award-winning restaurants have been applauded everywhere from The New York Times to Food & Wine and Esquire and have earned him a place among America's most celebrated chefs, with appearances on “Top Chef,” “The Today Show," “Good Morning America” and a recurring guest judge role on Food Network’s “Chopped.”
 
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Scott’s career spans over three decades, including projects such as Fusco in New York's Flatiron district, The Ponte in West Hollywood, Masso Osteria off-the-strip in Las Vegas, and Scarpetta at the iconic Fontainebleu Miami Beach.
