Chef and owner Scott Conant's award-winning restaurants have been applauded everywhere from The New York Times to Food & Wine and Esquire and have earned him a place among America's most celebrated chefs, with appearances on “Top Chef,” “The Today Show," “Good Morning America” and a recurring guest judge role on Food Network’s “Chopped.”
 
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Scott’s career spans three decades, including projects such as Scarpetta, an award-winning, AAA Four-Diamond Italian restaurant with locations in Miami Beach and Las Vegas, D.O.C.G. Enoteca and Impero Caffè, an all-day Italian eatery set within the INNSIDE New York Hotel.
